I believe we all deserve the ability to sustain a vibrant, healthy & high-performance life without overcomplicating it!
As a Physiologist, published Wellness Researcher & more, I've learned the secret to sustainable success is to use our body's physiology to our advantage! I've used the strategies I teach to unlock my own mind & body potential, including running 73 half marathons while pregnant & to qualify for a competitive running team. There's hope for everyone: My first 5K was 34 min. & I now run a sub 19:30! From a 4:48 marathon to 3:19 :)
Our mind & body are amazingly strong & resilient... with the right approach! After helping my body reverse bone disease, hormone disorders & precancer, I knew it was my mission to empower others with simple ways to achieve their badass goals, too!
