Hi! I'm Louise, a mom, Army spouse, world-leading exercise physiologist, scientist & women's integrative health practitioner.

Menopause & hormone decline started prematurely for me, despite doing “everything right” as a Type‑A wellness‑minded runner. I was eating well & training hard to be healthy, strong, lean & fit. Even working at the highest levels of health, research, pro sports & performance, my body & energy tanked.
