Hi! I'm Louise - a mom, Army spouse, runner, leading exercise physiologist, scientist & women's integrative health practitioner.

Menopause & hormone challenges hit me early despite doing "everything right" in my fitness & nutrition to be healthy, strong, lean & fit. Fatigue, brain fog & bloating were persistent, my body felt like it was fighting me & I received unexpected devastating diagnoses in my early 30s.
